Rent and Ride Online Booking Terms and Conditions

These Online Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rent and Ride website and online booking portal (the “Portal”), including creating an account and requesting or making a reservation.

The Portal is operated by Rent and Ride Street Carts (“Rent and Ride,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, making a reservation, or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or make a reservation. By using the Portal, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

The person making a reservation must meet our rental requirements and sign the applicable rental agreement before receiving the vehicle. Additional eligibility requirements, including age, driver’s license, and insurance requirements, will be provided during booking or in the rental agreement.

2. Creating an Account

To use certain Portal features, you may need to create an account and provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly at rentals@rentandridestreetcarts.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not use another person’s account without authorization or create an account using false or misleading information.

3. Reservations and Confirmation

The Portal allows you to request or reserve available golf carts, low-speed vehicles, and related equipment or services, as offered by Rent and Ride.

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation from us. Submitting a request or receiving an acknowledgment that your request was received does not, by itself, guarantee availability.

Your confirmation will include the reservation details, applicable charges, and any additional instructions. Please review it carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

Vehicle photographs, descriptions, colors, and features are representative. The specific vehicle provided may vary based on availability.

4. Rental Agreement and Additional Requirements

These Terms govern the use of the Portal and the booking process. A separate rental agreement may be required before the vehicle is released. The rental agreement may include additional provisions concerning authorized drivers, permitted use, insurance, damage, deposits, liability, and return requirements.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the signed rental agreement concerning the actual rental, the rental agreement will control for that rental, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may decline to release a vehicle if you do not meet the disclosed.
